To request a tattoo appointment, please fill out this form with as much information as possible to help me get a good idea of what you would like to get done. Reference pictures, as well as photos of the placement you have in mind are especially helpful!

I try to respond to inquiries within one week from their submission date. If you do not hear back from me by then, please feel free to spam my email or Instagram with reminders. I get a lot of messages and sometimes things slip through the cracks.

I only really recommend this for bigger or more complicated pieces, but the option is available for any tattoo. Consultations are where you come into the shop and we discuss your idea in person. I also offer virtual video consultations if you cannot come in person.
